The Senate Guard is on STRIKE!
The stress of politics has finally taken its toll on these stoic behemoths, and the Senate Guard have had enough. Seven years without a vacation has led them to take matters into their own hands and go on strike.
Senate Guard have hightailed it out of Theed and set up their own dream vacations out in the wider galaxy. Your job is to find them and tell them to get back to work! (Or pose for a photo with them, if you don’t want to rain on their parade)
What’s a hide and seek without incentive? We’re giving away a prize to the FIRST person who posts the location of the daily missing Senate Guard! And what's more, if you manage to find one of these errant silent sentinels, we'll send them back to Theed with your name on them. That's right - the guard will memorialize your victory all throughout Senate voting week!
Notice: All items rewarded from this event are NO-TRADE Shared and only rewarded to those who complete the objective.
(You do have the option to claim a collection item of choice instead of the reward for that given day, however if no choice is made within 2 weeks of your win, your prize will be forfeit!)
Event Rules:
Event Starts: Sunday, September 24th, 2023
Event Ends: Saturday, September 30th, 2023
Procedure: Every day, we will announce two planets that the daily missing Senate Guard could be on. They will be on one of these two planets. Your job is to find them and be the first to post a screenshot of their location right here on the forums. Please read the below for further details.

• What you’re looking for: Here is a picture of what you’re looking for. The Senate Guard might have slightly different setups (they are on vacation after all, and didn’t all bring the same luggage). But the basic premise is the same: you’re looking for a Senate Guard where Senate Guards will not normally be.

• You must search the two specified planets to seek out the Senate Guard. The Senate Guard could be ANYWHERE on the planet (so be sure to check the wilderness as well!) The Guard will not be in a structure of any kind. It will be nameless, as will anything he’s set up to enjoy his vacation!
  
• Once you have located the Senate Guard, you MUST take a screenshot of your character with the Guard and post it within this thread. Your character's name must be visible within the screenshot. [You can upload your screenshot to imgur.com or postimages.org], As a fun twist, you can either capture yourself telling them to get back to work, or pose for a fun vacation snap with these overworked titans of the Senate. However, this is not required, as simply finding the Senate Guard of the day first suffices.
  
• Please specify which Senate Guard you have found. (Day 1, Day 2, etc) This makes for easier confirmation and speedier delivery of notices for them to get back to work!

To reiterate: the Senate Guard will NOT be located within a structure. It will be in the open world.
The FIRST player to locate the missing Senate Guard for a given day and post the proof screenshot within this thread will be declared as the winner.
The Senate Guards will remain in the world until they are found, even as new ones are brought in each day.
Each 24 hour period at around 10PM GMT/5PM EST/2PM PST a new planetary location will be announced with another Senate Guard to locate so be sure to check this thread regularly as we update it.
