SWG Legends news // 0

Greetings Legends,
It’s pretty fair to say over the years things have changed quite drastically around here, from the graphical style of the project, launcher, website. Let’s take a look down memory lane. We’ll also show you some never seen before templates for some of our assets, which ended up not being used.
Let’s go all the way back to January 2016 where SWG:Legends launched.
In September 2016 when the project was in it's infancy; we can clearly see a slightly different appearance. How many of you can remember the old website style?
The SWG:Legends Launcher

Pretty early in 2017 we decided we wanted a new SWG:Legends launcher to be developed, that had increased functionality and looked more iconic and in-line with a Star Wars emulation project. Our web-developer @Kayaba was responsible for coding and designing the SWG:Legends we currently use. I think we can all agree, the current launcher is very professional looking.

The SWG:Legends Project Logo

When it came to project logo's this was something we wanted to change quite early on, the staff team was very different in early 2017 compared to the founding months of the project. SWG:Legends didn't have the smoothest start and it was our way of kind of re-branding the project and giving it a new look and feel. As you can see from below there was many possible options for potential project logo's. Most of them were worked on by Kayaba, TUX and Lechuck. As you can see from the image below, there was quite a mixture of potential logo's that were being worked on/finalized.
