The Corellian Times is looking for freelance photojournalists to take pictures of the ongoing Galactic Civil War! Do you have the creative eye to capture the conflict? If you do, you could win in-game prizes for your contribution!
How to Enter
To enter the competition, first select one of the themes below:

• Imperial Order - The peace and structure that the Empire brings to the galaxy
• Imperial Tyrants - The dominance and totalitarianism the Empire inflicts on the galaxy
• Rebel Freedom - The heart and spirit of the freedom-fighting Alliance
• Rebel Scum - The chaos and destruction the Rebels cause

And then... head out into the galaxy and capture a picture that best represents the theme of your choice. It can be an existing scene that fits the category or even one that you create yourself! Other players may be included in your image (and even help you with any aspect of your design), but only you are eligible for the prize.
Post your picture on this thread, along with the theme you’ve selected. At the conclusion of Empire Day, we will select one image from all entrants on the basis of:

• Creativity
• Composition
• Adherence to theme

Guidelines
A few guidelines to read over:

• You may only submit one screenshot (per account)
• All screenshots will be from within the game
• Screenshots MUST have the HUD hidden (Ctrl+Shift+H to hide)
• Any submissions that would require moderation by us will be removed from this thread
• Please include your in-game character name with your submission
• NO post-processing alteration of the screenshots (color correction, etc.) - The image you take should not be altered further outside of the game.
• Please submit your entry via an image hosting site (such as IMGUR) and link the image for your submission!

Prizes
The player with the winning entry will receive each of the following:

• Two (2) Tokens of Gratification
• Any item on the 2022 Empire or Rebel Vendor (excluding guild halls) OR Han's Hydrospanner (for a random collection item)
• The Illustrious Datacron which grants the title "Spirited Adventurer" upon use (you keep the holocron as deco!)

The winning entry (and maybe even other entries) could be featured in some of our showcase materials, such as a Community Transmission or a banner!
The winner will be announced shortly after the conclusion of Empire Day on Monday July 11th. Please be sure to have your images submitted BEFORE the server restart that ends the Empire Day event.
