The new Senators will take office from the 1st September 2020. I would also like to thank the members of the Eighth Galactic Senate for all their hardwork and contributions as 7 of them leave office - 5 have been re-elected and I look forward to continuing to work with them in this new Senate term along with the all of the new Senators!
