To all of our Legends,
It's very easy to get lost in the day to day activities of fun and adventure here in our galaxy far far away. Every passing moment of every passing day that you decide to spend your precious time being part of this community is greatly valued and from our hearts we thank you all for your contributions to this wonderful home we've all made together on Legends.
One of the harsh realities of the passing of time is we inevitably lose someone on the journey. As the years of Star Wars Galaxies (and Star Wars in general) pile up behind us, that reality becomes more apparent with the passing of not only our community members here on Legends, but even the iconic actors and key players involved that made Star Wars the powerhouse it is today.
While the losses leave us with heavy hearts, the memories of the people we've lost still live on. That same love for Star Wars Galaxies and Star Wars that connects all of us despite our differences, still shines through each of us and future generations to carry on.
This thread is for acknowledging those who have passed on throughout our journey here on SWG:Legends as well as some of the iconic figures that continue to live on through their work in films as well as their character's appearances in Star Wars Galaxies.
While some of the OG Star Wars actors and some community members currently have in-game memorials, we do plan on eventually implementing a more appropriate centralized location that the community can gather that serves as a memorial for everyone.
