We wanted to take a moment to remind you as we move closer to the more widely festive period of the month, you may notice a reduction in staff activity on Discord/Forums/Support Center & Social Media platforms. As you can probably imagine, we will be spending time with family and loved ones during this time.
Again, there may be slightly longer response times than usual on support tickets and other questions/issues you need answers for, but we will do our very best to be as responsive as possible.
