Greetings Legends,

 

It has been many many years now since then Supreme Chancellor Palpatine delivered his now historical Declaration of a New Order that gave way to the Galactic Empire that has shaped the entire galaxy to what it is now. The people then were torn just as the people are now today. Empire Day has always marked the anniversary of this proclamation from the emperor and now more so than ever do we all need to remember this moment in our history. Many citizens view it as a day that solidified law and order and brought a lasting peace after years of sacrifices made during the Clone Wars. An entire galaxy united under one sovereign ruler. Others view this moment as the ultimate rallying cry against corruption, oppression, and injustice all blanketed under false ideas of unity. Resistance was born and a rebellion slowly ignited to an ongoing inferno we know today as the Galactic Civil War.
All throughout the Empire/Remembrance Day celebrations, a hologram of Emperor Palpatine will grace the crowds in either Theed or Coronet and recite the very words spoken that day of his Declaration of a New Order. Imperials and Rebels are strongly encouraged to attend and relive this moment and reflect on what it means to you.

 

Announcements in discord and in game broadcasts will be made ONE HOUR prior to inform you that the Emperor will be arriving.
